Non – Comprehensive AMC
When the client enters into this AMC, our well qualified Service Engineers will carry out the Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) based on the agreed terms of periodicity. Ideally, it’s done every 3 months unless there l8 3 change in the policy of the client to have it at different intervals. It may be once a month or once in 4 months etc. Based on the increased decreased periodicity, the value of the contract will increase/decrease. Most of the time these periodic preventive services are planned in advance and in coordination with our clients. Apart from the preventive services, this contract covers the complaint calls too, without any extra cost. However the spares and consumables are chargeable based on the prevailing prices.
